Our web friends are the best!
It's our web friends who help us keep the message alive, using their web
resources and energy to remind everyone of the importance of our animal
friends.

Web friends primarily help in in two ways - by being our advocates in social media
and by posting our adoption links on their own web sites. The panel on the
left gets you connected with us on two principal social networking sites.
Also, it shows you how to post a page link from our web site to practically
any social network you may use.

Will you help us publicize adoptable pets on your web site?
We've developed two variations of "cut-and-paste" code you can use to
place a Humane Society "Adopt Me" panel on your site. These panels
are effective: Each time a panel loads or reloads, a new pet appears.
The steps to add
a panel to your web site are simple:
|
Select the design(s)
and configurations you prefer. Both designs have code for HTML or
attention-getting "popover" versions.
|
 |
Clicking the button
beneath the copy box will highlight and copy the HTML code for that design/configuration.
|
 |
Open
a simple text editor (Wordpad or Notepad, for example) and paste the HTML code
into a new document. You can save the document on your computer to be added to
your web page at a later date.
|
 |
Or,
you can paste the code directly into your web page's HTML code, positioning it
exactly where you want it to appear. (In the case of the "popovers," their
JavaScript code should be placed directly beneath the page's <body> tag.)
