Meet Patrone, a 5-year-old heartthrob dog with a tale as adventurous as his spirit. What began as a simple sleepover at the neighbor’s turned into a whirlwind ordeal when his owners never came back. On October 10th, 2023, Patrone found himself surrendered to the shelter, his loving nature overshadowed by confusion.

Despite his charm and tricks, Patrone was repeatedly overlooked by adopters. Recognizing his special qualities, the shelter made him a Dolly’s Dream dog, hoping to find him a loving home. With a wagging tail and a heart full of love, Patrone captured the hearts of the shelter staff and volunteers.

After over 200 days in the shelter’s care, fate finally smiled upon Patrone when a young man walked in, inquiring specifically about him. It was love at first sight, and Patrone went home with his new dad, his heart bursting with pride.
